04:32 pm - Post Christmas Chat well dear readers, christmas has come and gone. It was a good time had by all, I freely admit it. I was furnished with a few fine things that I do enjoy greatly already (some sweet new jackets = love)
The doldrums of the first long break after college is set in and in operation. Man I do miss Wagner and its people and Theta Chi and the theatre program and the Hawk's Nest
I want to get myself copies of Justine and Julliette to read. I think its high time I started reading deSade's actual texts. I've grown more nad more interested in him as college went on.
Leave me some love and comments and plans, dear friends. Current Location: Woburn Current Mood: bored Current Music: Confessions of a Vampire- Steve Barton

10:36 pm - College Life It's been quite some time Dear Livejournalists, but rest assured that the rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated.
Sweeney Todd was the greatest show I have ever had the honor of performing in. Not a single bad spot or negative thing about it. The Beadle, although nothing like Sweeney, was a wonderful role to play. Especially with the high counter tenor stuff :-D
Wagner College is my new home. I'm living in a triple and trying to survive the college experence. A few drunken nights under my belt admittedly, and a few boring days. But I am doing an opera workshop which is VERY fun, I am joining a frat (SHOCKER!), and am meeting alot of loverly people!
Holler at me Livejournal friends! Do so and you may save me from Facebooks grip! Current Mood: content Current Music: Slow Dancer- Boz Skaggs

02:03 am An Open Letter to the Girls of Nazareth Academy Drama by: Timothy Lawton
Dear Girls of Naz, I am sitting here at my computer, listening to Elvis Costello, hoping I can figure out how to start this letter. The fact of the matter is I cannot begin or end this letter. This cannot be a proper composition taught to us in our English classes. This can only work as simply a statement. A statement of truths that I have learned over three years of working with all of you, the Tamaginis, and the numerous parent volunteers, teachers, and administrators at Nazareth.
I remember walking in to audition for Fiddler. It was a horrible rainy/snowy day and I was in complete euphoria. What male theatre performer wouldn’t with the possibility of performing Fiddler on the Roof at an all girl’s school. It is not an opportunity that comes to you everyday. What I thought would be a one year stint to help out a Catholic School, has become an unforgettable chapter of my life as a performer and a person. Two Naz proms, three Naz musical productions, two Naz Christmas shows, and two Naz graduations later, I find myself pained with the feeling that I am not only graduating Woburn High, but in a way, Nazareth as well.
High school can be a trying time. To those who know me well, they know that my high school career was far from easy, and riddled with tragedy. I say now that one of the greatest areas of support came from the girls of Nazareth. With their boundless kindness, sympathy, and tenderness they helped one of the most unlivable times of my life livable. There is no way I could pay them all back for them for all they have done. But this is my attempt.
Thank you Naz. Thank you for being there for me. Thank you for helping me grow. Thank you for helping me live. Thank you for everything. My only wish is that next year, another lucky male can join the ranks of Nazareth Drama. So they can feel the boundless happiness I have felt for three glorious years.
All my love, and break a leg
Timothy J. Lawton

08:35 pm - I live without regrets...especially when it comes to eggs So what goes on in the life of Tim Lawton right now eh?
Pretty selfexplanitory...I am all set for college...let high school just finish up its final few weeks, let Mr. Norton slap that diploma in my hand, and let me relax

11:07 pm - Another Long Overdue Emo Ranty Bitch Whiney Entry Remember that time you went into your senior year nervous and excitable...and then a college you like accepts you...and things go your way...but then after those two weeks of bliss...you all of a sudden hit an emotional doldrum...as if life hit you with a sledgehammer and said "STOP!"...that just happend
So the last show I'll ever do at WMHS was last night...and I just saw Burlington High's last show "Anything Goes"...Jen Peter and Brad's last show...and the finality is REALLY starting to rub in.
Mind you me, I am pumped about Wagner. I can't wait to begin working on a career in theatre. But fuck am I scared. Why? Because I have no choice here. I know that I may hit a hard road ahead. Starving, no money, no fame. But I know one thing...If I dont go into theatre...and get a well paid tech job or something...I'll probably end up blowing my brains out. Understand this. If I am not performing for a living, even be it a measly living on scraps living...I will have nothing to live for. The career in theatre has chosen me, not the other way around.
What I wouldnt give for one more year of safty. One more year of set classes, dinners made by mom, a made bed in your own private room. I'm sure this will pass, I am sure of it. But god, until it does....this sucks....God am I gonna miss WMHS. All before last night's show I kept thinking about Joel Ste. Croix and Heather Gately. And how we were all behind that lighting booth thing backstage before the last show of My Fair Lady. And how I was thinking "Oh I am just a freshman...That won't happen for a while. That being sad." It's here. It's here like ginger beer (dont ask where i got that analogy).
I'm sorry to bore you all with my melancholy and lonliness...but God...it's a hard life im getting into. I hope I have the wearwithall. Current Mood: sad Current Music: The Trumpet Shall Sound

08:18 pm - By Jen's Request An update on LJ! YAAAAY
So Children of Eden is over...here is the rundown.
Thursday- Very good opening, but very small crowd. The Slagmolen family was in attendance, as was Paul and Mo Lawton
Friday- Better attended...better show all around. This time it was Vanessa Christopher, James White, Evan, Molly Solomen, Mark from Stoneham, and many others!
Saturday afternoon- This was the show for the Lawtons and it went well besides a little less energy from my part i feel. Also there was Jess Elia and Kate Ellis i think (unless she FAILED)
Saturday night- Pricilla Nunez, Caitlin Boag and JOJO THE MAYORS SON came Saturday night for what I feel was the weakest of shows
Sunday Afternoon-
Was Cancelled due to snow.
Yep...Tim's last show at Stoneham for the Young Co. was called off because of blizzard 06. It really sucks, but I guess there is no controlling it.
Sunday and today were the same day pretty much. Just sat around and watched many a movie to pass the time...of which there is too much of (Fantastic Four sucked in my opinion besides Michael Chiklis; Mary Reilly is always good)
Tomorrow is V-Day....yipee...
BUT I GET A TOUR OF THE NEW WHS!
AND I GO BACK TO WORK! MONEY!
Hope you like it Jen Wolfman...better get a LONG comment Current Mood: calm Current Music: 25 or 6 to 4 (Live)- Chicago
